Founded in 1988 by Dr. Lawrence Appel, a social worker and psychologist, Home Management Care has been providing quality home care throughout Southern California for over twenty years. Our Home Care mission to continue to provide quality services at the most affordable rates. Dr. Lawrence Appel has an extensive background in the home care industry and is actively involved in the direction and focus of service delivery to clients.
